PERTH, Monday. — The aborigine is destined to emerge as part of the white race, says Mr. A. O. Neville, Chief Protector of Aborigines in W.A. .
The native, he adds, is not of negroid stock. Mr. Neville holds that the greatest need is the setting aside of reservations where no whites, except any approved, could enter, and where the work and education could be carried on. The men might then leave their wives and families when they went to work for white men. Under such conditions, the native race would shop develop a real culture, and the mixture of the races now dictated by the lower passions might be retarded, pending the elevation of the mind.
